PaaZäu / 琶洲
PaaZäu Island (simplified Chinese: 琶洲岛) is an island at the southeast of the central district of Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. It has the total area of 15 square kilometres. The island is administrated by Pazhou Street (simplified Chinese: 琶洲街道) of Haizhu District.[1]
Being the downtown of Guangzhou and the hinterland of Pearl River Delta, Panzhou is the future central district of Guangzhou with many business and recreational facilities. Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center (simplified Chinese: 广州国际会展中心) is located on the island, where Canton Fair is held at there every year.[2][3][4]
There is one metro station in Pazhou, Pazhou Station.
